Eftichia Vraimaki is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Archival, Library & Information Studies and a member of the Information Management Laboratory of the University of West Attica.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Librarianship and a Master’s Degree in Finance & Financial Information Systems from the University of Greenwich, London, UK. In 2010, she was awarded a PhD in Business Administration (Knowledge Management & Organizational Behavior) from the Department of Production & Management Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace.
Eftichia has participated in several national and E.U. co-funded research projects. Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings in various fields of Management and Information Science, including knowledge management, organizational behavior, public services quality evaluation, library user behavior, and acceptance & use of information systems, which are her main research interests.
From 2016 to 2020, she served as an administrative employee at the National Library of Greece, and since 2018, she is a member of the Technical Committee ELOT / TE 22 “Information and Documentation”.
