Course Tutors
The course introduces students to the basic principles of services marketing and specialized marketing themes for libraries, archives, and museums (LAM), including public programming, advocacy, and outreach. It explores critical themes such as service development, evaluation, and promotion, including branding and social media marketing. In addition to theoretical foundations, students will develop practical skills through experiential learning activities and hands-on exercises in communication tools, techniques, and applications for developing and promoting LAM services.
