Yannis Stoyannidis is a historian. He graduated from the University of Thessaly and the University of South Wales (United Kingdom). He has participated in research programs concerning social history and industrial heritage. Yannis is working as an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Archival, Library and Information Studies since 2017. He is the Departmental Coordinator for students’ internships in Greece and abroad (Erasmus+).
Yannis Stoyannidis has worked for industrial heritage and archives projects (Industrial Gas Museum, Public Power Company, HERACLES-LAFARGE, Santorini Arts Factory). Since 2019 he is taking part in the University of Thessaly Historical Archives project. His publications discuss the management of cultural remnants and archives, and modern history.
