Lazaridis Nikolaos

Nikolaos Lazaridis holds a degree in Computer Engineering (Technical Educational Institute off Athens, 2000) and a postgraduate degree with distinction in Electronic Commerce (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, 2003). He has participated in research projects both in Greece and abroad. In the period 2004-2006, as a postgraduate student (research assistant) he designed and developed tools in the field of “knowledge mining” for case studies of European projects.

He has worked as a freelancer in the role of consultant, analyst/programmer and systems manager for more than 15 years, offering services to both small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large organizations. Since the beginning of 2007 and as a member of the staff of the Network Management Center (NoC) of the Technical Educational Institute of Athens, he has contributed to the design and implementation of multiple information systems at both administrative and educational / research levels. Since October 2017, he has been a member of the Department of Library and Information Systems of the Technical Educational Institute of Athens, while from March 2018, he has been a member of laboratory teaching staff of the Department of Archival, Library and Information Studies of the University of West Attica.
