The course introduces students to the theories, concepts, and framework of management and their contribution to the effective administration of modern information organizations. It focuses on the four basic functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, which are examined at three levels: individual, group, and organizational. Students will engage in experiential learning activities, including case studies, role-playing, and group exercises, to apply these functions in real-world scenarios. These hands-on experiences will help develop practical skills in decision-making, team collaboration, and leadership, reinforcing theoretical knowledge with practical application.
