Upon completion of the internship, students will have acquired the following:

  • Knowledge: The acquisition of new knowledge and reinforcement of knowledge previously gained during their studies. This is achieved through working in a real-world environment and performing tasks related to the academic subject of the student.
  • Understanding: Understanding the operation of an Information Organization and its various functions. Understanding the use of information tools and technologies in the context of a real work environment.
  • Application: The ability to apply knowledge in a real work environment. Gaining work experience and applying theories and knowledge learned during their studies to all activities within an information unit.
  • Analysis: The student gains the ability to recognize specific problems related to their work and propose possible solutions.
  • Synthesis: The student develops the ability to synthesize acquired knowledge and transfer it to new situations. The student is capable of managing complex technical or professional activities or work plans, assuming responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable work environments.
  • Evaluation: Through the evaluation of their work experience, the student gains the ability to assess and identify strengths or weaknesses in their work and the work environment. In this context, the student gains real work experience and develops a professional conscience. Additionally, they can take responsibility for managing the professional development of individuals and teams.
